  1. Tous les paris acceptés par Ngenge sont soumis à ces règles;
  2. Ngenge se réserve le droit d'annuler tout pari effectué sur des cotes manifestement "fausses", des cotes inversées ou un pari effectué après le début d'un événement;
  3. Ngenge se réserve le droit de refuser, restreindre, annuler ou limiter tout pari;
  4. Les paris ne sont réglés que lorsque la compétition/match est finie;
  5. Le gagnant d'un événement sera déterminé à la date de la fin du match; Ngenge ne reconnaît pas les décisions contestées ou annulées une fois le match fini. Le résultat d'une épreuve suspendue après le début de la compétition sera décidé conformément aux règles de paris spécifiées pour ce sport par Ngenge;
  6. En vertu des lois des autorités des loteries et des jeux de la License, aucune personne de moins de 18 ans n'est autorisée à faire un pari;
  7. Tous les règlements, conditions et paiements contenus dans le présent document sont susceptibles de modifications et de révisions par Ngenge sans préavis écrit;
  8. Les montants maximum des paris sur tous les événements sportifs seront déterminés par Ngenge et sont sujets à modification sans préavis écrit. Ngenge se réserve également le droit d’ajuster les limites de comptes individuellement;
  9. Si des fonds sont crédités sur le compte d'un client par erreur, il incombe au client d'informer Ngenge sans délai de l'erreur susmentionnée. Pour les comptes avec des soldes négatifs, Ngenge se réserve le droit d’annuler tout pari en attente, qu’elle soit placée avec des fonds résultant de l’erreur ou non;
  10. Les membres sont seuls responsables des transactions de leur propre compte. Assurez-vous de revoir et de confirmer vos mises pour éviter toute erreur avant de les placer. Une fois qu'une transaction est terminée, elle ne peut plus être modifiée.

    Les clients peuvent examiner leurs transactions dans le compte "Mon compte de paris sportifs" du site après chaque session pour s'assurer que tous les paris demandés ont été acceptés;

  11. Les contestations doivent être déposées dans les sept (7) jours à compter de la date à laquelle le pari en question a été décidé. Aucune réclamation ne sera honorée après cette période. Le client est seul responsable des transactions de son compte;
  12. Tous les soldes et transactions du compte apparaissent dans la devise sélectionnée au moment de l'ouverture du compte;
  13. Les gains seront toujours calculés en utilisant les cotes européennes. Veuillez noter que lors de la conversion des cotes au format britannique, des erreurs d'arrondis peuvent survenir, car certaines cotes n'ont pas une traduction exacte en fractions de style britannique. Ici, nous montrerons la cote fractionnaire la plus proche;
  14. Ngenge se réserve le droit de suspendre un compte client sans préavis et de confisquer tous les fonds au portefeuille principal;
  15. En cas de divergence entre la version anglaise de ces règles et toute autre version linguistique, la version anglaise sera considérée comme correcte;
  16. Accumulateurs (Parlays, Multis) Nous acceptons jusqu'à 50 résultats dans un accumulateur. Si certains résultats sont "mutuellement dépendants" (exemple: placez un pari sur Chelsea pour remporter la Premier League anglaise combiné à une victoire à domicile lors du dernier match décisif), ces paris seront annulés;
  17. Tout pari placé avec un pari système ne comptera pas pour les conditions de mise de paris du bonus;
  18. Le Live Score est à titre indicatif.
  19. Sauf indication contraire, la règle de la Dead Heat s'applique à tous les cas où deux options de pari ou plus sont considérées comme des options gagnantes. Les chances pour les options gagnantes seront divisées par toutes les variations de choix gagnées, puis multipliées par la mise initiale respective.
  20. Tous les paris en direct sont soumis à un délai d'acceptation avant d'être acceptés ou rejetés, intervalle de temps dans lequel le pari a le statut «En attente». Si un événement important survient dans le délai d'acceptation, déterminant des modifications de cotes significatives reflétant l'état actuel du jeu, le pari sera rejeté et la mise retournée au client à la fin de la période d'acceptation.

    Un message notifiant le rejet ou l'acceptation du pari sera affiché dans le coupon de pari; il appartient au client de vérifier si un pari en direct a été accepté ou non dans la section Historique des paris du compte;

    Exemple 1: Dans une partie de football en cours, un client a placé un pari sur le marché 1X2 et un but est marqué alors que son pari est toujours en attente d'approbation. Le système rejettera automatiquement ce pari à la fin du délai d’acceptation du pari en raison du nouvel état des lieux. Il existe des changements importants de cotes sur le marché 1X2;

    Exemple 2: Dans une partie de basketball en cours, un client a placé un pari sur le marché Plus de points X et un panier 3 point est marqué alors que le pari est toujours en attente, en attente d'approbation. Le système rejettera automatiquement ce pari à la fin du délai d’acceptation du pari si ces 3 points déclenchent des changements importants dans les cotes Plus/Moins;

  21. Un pari multiple contenant une ou plusieurs sélections en direct sera accepté si et seulement si chaque sélection en direct est acceptée par le système après le délai d'acceptation. S'il y a une sélection en direct qui n'est pas acceptée, le pari multiple sera automatiquement rejeté.

    Exemple: le client fait un pari multiple avec Chelsea pour gagner, Man Utd pour gagner et Liverpol pour gagner, les 3 matchs sont en jeu. La sélection de Chelsea pour gagner n'est pas acceptée après le délai d'acceptation en raison du fait qu'un but a été marqué alors que le pari multiple était en attente. Le système annulera automatiquement les 3 sélections et renverra la mise au client.

  22. Si un lieu de match est modifié (autre que sur le terrain de l'équipe à l'extérieur), les paris déjà placés seront conservés tant que l'équipe à domicile est toujours désignée comme telle. Si l'équipe à domicile et l'équipe à l'extérieur pour un match listé sont inversées, alors les paris placés sur la liste originale seront annulés

    Nous nous efforcerons d’identifier sur notre site Internet tous les matches disputés dans un lieu neutre. Pour de tels matches (indiqués ou non sur notre site), les paris seront valables quelle que soit l'équipe désignée comme équipe à domicile. En cas de match sur un terrain neutre, l’équipe présentée en premier sera considérée comme l’équipe locale.

  1. Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant tournament officials.
  2. If a match is postponed or suspended all bets will have action 48 hours after (scheduled) kickoff.
  3. Outright/Winner: Predict which team/participant will win the event. Bets on non-starting participants will be refunded. If a tournament is not completed, all Outright bets will be voided.   1. Map Betting 2Way & 3Way: Bet on who will win the match. Where the event finishes in a draw, 2-way market will be voided. If there is a change in the number of maps or games played, bets placed on this market will stand. If any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team by walkover or default without play having commenced, all bets on that map and on the matchup as a whole are voided.
  2. Kills markets: Will be settled based on the official scoreboard or game API id definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill.

  28. To Go to Overtime: Will the game be tied at the end of regulation time. If the points are tied, then over time will come into play where the teams will play an additional quarter until a winner is found. Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game.
